Activity 3: Invitees Exclusive — Claim a 100 USDT Welcome Gift Pack

- How your invitees can claim Zero-Cost Positions: If you qualify as a "specially invited user," your invitees will receive Zero-Cost Positions worth 90 USDT within 7 working days after signing up on HTX.
- How your invitees can qualify for the "Loss Compensation" benefit: Invitees who complete their first futures trade with a trading volume of ≥300 USDT during the event period and incur a loss on their first closed futures order will be eligible for compensation of up to 10 USDT. For losses below 10 USDT, the compensation amount will be rounded up to the nearest whole USDT. The daily prize pool is capped at 100,000 USDT and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Notes:
Referral Bonus Calculation Details for Activity 2
1. Bonuses are calculated based on the net trading fees actually paid by the invitees.
2. Net trading fees refer to actual fees incurred after excluding the use of spot trading fee rebate vouchers, futures trial bonuses, 0-fee rates, negative fee rates, special fee rates, and platform subsidies.
3. Calculation Formulas: Trading fee = Trading amount * Fee rate. Net trading fee = Trading fee - Special fee/platform subsidies. Bonus = Net trading fee * Bonus rate.
4. Settlement Currency: If invitees pay fees in USDT, bonuses are settled in USDT. If they pay in $HTX, $TRX, or other tokens, bonuses will be settled in the corresponding token.
Details on "10 USDT Futures Loss compensation" for Invitees in Activity 3
1. You must register for the event and invite friends to trade futures on HTX. If an invitee opens and closes their first futures position during the event period with a trading volume of ≥300 USDT, and their first futures order results in a loss, the platform will compensate the invitee for the actual net loss. The compensation amount will be rounded up to the nearest whole USDT and capped at 10 USDT. (For example, if the actual loss on the first futures order is 2.3 USDT, the invitee will receive a 3 USDT Futures Trial Bonus. If the actual loss is 15 USDT, the invitee will receive the maximum compensation of a 10 USDT Futures Trial Bonus.)
2. If the order has already used trial bonuses, the trial bonus portion will be deducted first, and only the remaining real loss portion will be eligible for compensation.
3. If the invitee's first order does not result in a loss, is not closed during the event period, or if you have not registered for the event, the invitee will not be eligible for compensation.
4. Loss compensation rewards will be distributed in the form of Futures Trial Bonuses and will be automatically issued to your invitees' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the event ends.
Terms and Conditions
1. This event is only open to specially invited users. Users must click Register Now during the event period to participate and qualify for event benefits.
2. HTX Affiliates currently collaborating with the platform are not eligible for the referral bonuses offered under Activity 2. HTX Global Partner rewards, HTX Creator Program rewards, and other special rebate benefits cannot be combined. If a user qualifies for multiple benefits, the platform will determine the applicable reward in accordance with the relevant rules.
3. Lucky draw entries accumulate during the event period. Unused entries after the event ends will be cleared, so please participate in time.
4. Trading volume will be counted, excluding trades made using futures trial bonuses, as well as trades with zero and negative fees.
5. Please note that if your invitee triggers the platform's risk management rules, you, as the inviter, will not be able to receive lucky draw entries or referral bonuses.
6. Sub-accounts cannot act as referrers. Trading fees generated by invitees' sub-accounts will be credited to their main account for bonus calculation.
7. Market makers, institutional users, sub-accounts, and users restricted by the platform from referral activities are not eligible for this event.
8. HTX reserves the right to disqualify users from participating in the event, invalidate related invitees and trading volume statistics, and recover any distributed rewards or bonuses if users engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to self-referrals, registrations using the same identity, device, or IP address, bulk account registration, fake referrals, malicious volume manipulation, self-trading, wash trading, abnormal trading activities, market manipulation, money laundering, multi-account manipulation, insider trading, or the use of third-party tools for cheating.
9. Users must not use HTX brand terms for unauthorized marketing or promotional activities, impersonate HTX officials or representatives, or direct users to phishing websites, counterfeit websites, or any other pages that may harm the interests of the platform or its users. Violations will result in immediate disqualification.
10. The additional referral bonuses (the portion exceeding the basic 30% rate) for Advanced Referrers and Star Referrers will be credited to users' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the event ends.
