To provide our users with a better trading experience, HTX will perform a system upgrade on HTX USDT-Margined Futures at 01:00 (UTC) on November 25, 2023. Further notice will be made if maintenance is delayed or canceled due to market fluctuation.
Some HTX services will be suspended during the upgrade, including:
- USDT-M perpetual futures
- USDT-M futures API
- Copy Trading of USDT-M futures
Services for Coin-M perpetual and delivery futures will function normally during the upgrade.
Please close any open orders or cancel any pending orders in advance to avoid trading losses.
The upgrade is expected to last about 1.5-2 hours. Due to the long suspension time, the closing of orders and positions cannot be performed during the service maintenance.
After the upgrade, HTX will provide a 20-minute protection period before regular trading resumes, allowing users to cancel orders and add margin. During this period, the order matching system will remain closed, and no orders can be placed or executed. Once the protection period is over, our system will return to regular trading.
