1. The history page only shows the data for the past 12 months. To export earlier data, please select the start and end dates and submit a request. 2. The requested data will be available for download within 5 working days of approval. You can download it by visiting our website and finding Assets > Financial Records > at the bottom of the page. 3. The data for an approved request will be downloadable for 30 days. After 30 days, you'll need to submit a new request. 4. Each user can export their data a maximum of 3 times within the last 30 days, and each export's time range cannot exceed 1 year. 5.
