Martinez stated that if $XRP closes above $3.66 on a monthly basis, it would technically confirm an upward breakout from the ascending triangle, and such a scenario could activate a technical price target of approximately $60.

According to this forecast, the most important hurdle for $XRP is at the $3.66 level. A break above this level and a monthly close above it would be the key condition for Martinez’s long-term bullish scenario.

However, the $60 level is a technical target calculated from a rising triangle formation and does not guarantee that the price will reach this level.
