XRP broke above a months-long descending trendline and the $1.39 resistance zone, with a surge in trading volume signaling renewed bullish momentum.

The move came despite about $3.9 million in outflows from U.S.-listed XRP ETFs, while activity on the XRP Ledger climbed to roughly 2.7 million daily transactions, aided by real-world-asset tokenization projects.

Traders are watching whether XRP can hold the $1.39–$1.40 area as new support, which could pave the way toward $1.44 and $1.50, while a breakdown may send prices back toward the $1.34–$1.37 support band.

XRP pushed higher after breaking a months-long descending trendline, with a surge in trading volume confirming renewed momentum above the $1.39 resistance zone.
XRP has struggled to sustain rallies through early 2026 as sellers repeatedly defended a descending resistance line formed by lower highs since January.

The latest move marks the first decisive break above that structure, shifting short-term sentiment as traders reassess whether the corrective phase may be ending.

Fund flows offered a mixed backdrop. U.S.-listed XRP ETFs recorded roughly $3.9 million in outflows during the session, extending a short streak of redemptions even as technical momentum improved.

Meanwhile, activity on the XRP Ledger continued to rise. Daily transactions recently climbed to around 2.7 million, among the highest levels in recent months, partly driven by projects focused on tokenizing real-world assets.

The SEC finally admits what caused the mess US crypto was in before Trump took power

U.S. crypto companies were being regulated twice — now regulators say they’ll try to fix it.
The SEC and CFTC have just signed an agreement that turns months of public harmonization talk into a formal operating framework for crypto, derivatives, and hybrid market products.

The agreement covers product definitions, clearing and margin rules, dually registered venues and intermediaries, crypto assets, reporting, examinations, surveillance, and enforcement.

SEC Chair Paul Atkins admitted that years of “regulatory turf wars,” duplicate registrations, and overlapping rules helped push activity to other jurisdictions. That turns a procedural announcement into a concrete claim: part of the U.S. crypto problem came from the U.S. regulatory structure itself, not only from the firms trying to navigate it.

The immediate effect, however, is procedural and is unlikely to move markets on its own.

The MOU does not rewrite securities or commodities law, and it does not settle every classification fight. But it establishes regular meetings, on-request data sharing, advance notice between agencies, cross-training, coordinated exams, and consultation on enforcement to avoid duplicate or conflicting outcomes.

For firms that interact with both agencies, that framework could change the cost, speed, and risk of operating in the United States before Congress passes any new crypto statute.

On CryptoSlate, Bitcoin traded at $68,318, up 4.12% over 24 hours, 4.31% over seven days, and 8.01% over 30 days. BTC dominance stood at 58.6%, while total crypto market capitalization was about $2.4 trillion.

In that market, a coordination pact between the two main U.S. regulators lands primarily as a development in market structure around Bitcoin, product design, and venue strategy.

Rising activity across spot markets shows traders actively positioning around the asset. Increased liquidity now circulates through the market as buyers step in aggressively during the latest rally. However, this sharp rise in volume also signals heightened speculative interest rather than slow accumulation. 

Such rapid expansion in trading activity often appears when traders anticipate a larger directional move. Therefore, the sudden increase in participation places Render at a critical stage where price reactions around key technical levels could determine the next phase of the rally.

Render ‘Adam and Eve’ structure nears breakout

Render’s daily chart now displays a developing ‘Adam and Eve’ recovery formation as price rebounds from the $1.23 support region.

The first sharp bottom forms the Adam structure, while a rounded base shapes the Eve component of the pattern. 

Price has now climbed toward the $1.88 resistance level, which previously triggered a rejection during the last rebound attempt. Buyers continue pushing prices higher as the structure completes its recovery curve. However, resistance near $1.88 remains a decisive level that traders watch closely. 

A clear break above this barrier could open the path toward the $2.60 supply zone, where selling pressure previously intensified. Therefore, the pattern now suggests that Render is approaching a structural breakout zone
