South Korea’s Hana Financial Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Standard Chartered Group to collaborate on digital asset initiatives. Local media reports from March 16 claim that the two institutions plan to leverage their combined expertise and global networks to expand their presence in traditional finance.  As part of the partnership, the two companies will also explore joint initiatives in digital finance involving cryptocurrencies. Reports suggested the plans also include stablecoins. “The partnership between Hana Financial Group and Standard Chartered Group, leveraging their extensive global networks and diverse financial know-how, will serve as a strong competitive edge in the global financial sector.’ Ham Young-joo, Chairman of Hana Financial Group, said in an accompanying statement. ‘We will create new growth opportunities by generating synergies in future financial domains, including digital assets,” he added. Strategy (MSTR), the world's largest publicly traded holder of bitcoin, continued with its large string of weekly purchases, adding $1.57 billion worth of BTC, according to a Monday filing.

Led by executive chairman Michael Saylor, the company added 22,337 bitcoin at an average price of $70,194 per coin, bringing holdings to 761,068 coins, acquired for $657.61 billion, or an average of $75,696 per coin.

In terms of bitcoin acquired, it was the fifth-largest ever weekly purchase of coins by the company.

Bitcoin was trading at $73,600 on Monday morning, higher by 2.6% over the past 24 hours.

The latest addition to the company's bitcoin stash was mostly funded via $1.1 billion in sales of the firm's STRC series of preferred stock. The company also sold $396 million of common stock.

MSTR shares are up 4% in pre-market trading as bitcoin rose through the weekend, currently trading at $73,600, up 2.6% over the past 24 hours.

The opening price for the asset was noted at a low of $173.99. After the bulls initiated a move on the upside, the TAO price climbed to a high of $198.98. Notably, a few crucial resistances have been tested to confirm the uptrend. If the bulls stayed for longer, the price would see more gains.

According to the CoinMarketCap data, at the time of writing, Bittensor traded at around the $194.57 zone, with its market cap staying at $2.09 billion. Furthermore, the daily trading volume of TAO has increased by over 41.16%, reaching the $216.03 million mark.

With a slight push on the upside, the Bittensor price would gain enough momentum to climb toward the resistance at $199.62. If the bullish pressure continues, a golden cross might take place and push the price above $204.75. As the downtrend emerges, there will be a drop in value, and the Bittensor price could immediately test the support at around $189.48. Assuming the bearish correction reinforces, the price may fall below the $184.21 mark.
