Claim1,200 USDT in the Monthly Creation Challenge

Криптовалютный магнат Джастин Сан согласился на урегулирование спора с Комиссией по ценным бумагам и биржам США (SEC) на сумму 10 миллионов долларов в рамках затянувшегося дела о Tron.

Согласно проекту окончательного решения, поданному в среду в федеральный суд Нью-Йорка, SEC сделала шаг к частичному урегулированию своего затянувшегося дела против криптовалютного предпринимателя Джастина Сана и нескольких связанных с ним организаций.

В соответствии с условиями соглашения, компания Rainberry Inc., стоящая за протоколом BitTorrent, выплатит гражданский штраф в размере 10 миллионов долларов и обязуется не нарушать никаких законов о ценных бумагах.

Взамен SEC снимет оставшиеся обвинения с Джастина Сана и связанных с ним организаций, включая Tron Foundation и BitTorrent Foundation. Дело будет прекращено и не может быть повторно передано в суд, а это означает, что регулятор не сможет предъявлять те же обвинения в будущем.
