$GRVT Strategy has conditionally approved a daily dividend payment schedule for its STRC preferred stock throughout November. The proposal must receive approval from common shareholders in a vote scheduled for October 28.

According to a regulatory filing, the new schedule would establish a record date for every day in November, with the corresponding dividend paid on the next business day. STRC currently distributes dividends twice a month.

Daily payments would generally range from $0.03 to $0.04 per share, totaling $1 per share for November. The change would not increase the annualized dividend rate, which remains at 12% on a $100 stated value.

Strategy aims to reduce price fluctuations associated with dividend payment dates. The company also proposes extending daily payments to its STRF, STRK, and STRD preferred shares starting in January 2027.

Approval requires a majority of the voting power of all outstanding common shares. If the proposal fails, STRC will maintain its twice-monthly dividend payments. Preferred shareholders will not be entitled to vote solely by holding STRC shares.
