$GRVT Claude AI predicts a wildly bullish price target for Chainlink (LINK), claiming it could reach $100 by January 1, 2027, if a near-perfect combination of institutional adoption, a landmark financial partnership, and a major crypto bull run sends investors scrambling to accumulate LINK.

That would represent an enormous rally from its current price of approximately $12, although the scenario is highly speculative and would require an extraordinary shift in market sentiment

SOURCE: Claude AI Predicts Wild LINK Price

Anthropic’s AI bot arrives at this number by assuming that, by the end of 2026, a consortium of major banks and financial institutions may announce Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) as a key interoperability layer for tokenized financial markets. Three significant developments could occur:

Landmark Deal: Major financial institutions reveal that CCIP will enable the transfer of tokenized assets like equities and bonds across different blockchains.

Surge in Tokenization: Trillions of traditional assets may shift to blockchain settlement, increasing demand for reliable data and automated financial services.

Shift in LINK’s Narrative: Investors might begin viewing the LINK token not just as a cryptocurrency for oracle services but as a foundational asset in a connected financial ecosystem.

While this scenario seems ambitious, Chainlink is already engaged in institutional initiatives and has launched its CCIP 2.0 upgrade. If demand for LINK spikes amid a broader crypto bull market, it could trigger a significant rally.

November List Finalized, Changes Take Effect at Month-End

Removal Could Spur Outflows From Index-Tracking Funds

Strategy, Metaplanet and other companies with large Bitcoin holdings are at risk of being removed from MSCI indexes. The threat follows MSCI's adoption of a new standard designed to screen out companies whose profile is driven more by asset holdings than by operating businesses. If the removals are confirmed, selling by index-tracking funds could weigh on their shares.

Global index provider MSCI said on Oct. 15 that it had adopted rules restricting non-operating companies from inclusion in its Global Investable Market Indexes, or GIMI. The changes revise a proposal first presented in August and will apply starting with the November index review. The final list of deletions will be released on Nov. 11, with the changes taking effect after the market close on Nov. 30.

In an advance impact analysis published by MSCI, Strategy, Metaplanet and Upexi were identified as deletion candidates. SharpLink, TON Strategy, Solana Company and DeFi Development were placed on a watch list for possible future removal.

Under the new rule, MSCI first checks whether a company holds sufficient operating assets. Companies that fail that test are then assessed using five financial ratios. If they meet the exclusion threshold on four or more of those measures, they lose eligibility for index inclusion. The framework does not judge companies solely by the share of crypto assets they hold.

MSCI built in a buffer for companies already in the indexes. In principle, a company would be removed only if it met the exclusion criteria in each of its two most recent annual reporting periods. MSCI may also use the latest interim financial statements if needed.

What the market is watching is the movement of index-tracking mo

$GRVT TL;DR

Zcash fell 11.9% over 24 hours, with CoinMarketCap showing ZEC near $1,088 after a rally that lifted it roughly 460% from March lows.

About $17.9 million in ZEC long positions were liquidated, supporting the view that leverage amplified the reversal without proving it was the cause.

AI-related cryptography concerns pressured sentiment, but no break of Zcash’s cryptographic security has been demonstrated, leaving debate theoretical rather than evidence of protocol failure.

Zcash fell double digits on Thursday after months of rapid gains left leveraged traders exposed to a sharper reversal. CoinMarketCap later showed ZEC near $1,088, down about 11.9% over 24 hours, with market capitalization around $18.4 billion and daily volume near $1.23 billion. The selloff followed an extraordinary rally that had lifted ZEC roughly 460% from its March lows, leaving the market more sensitive to forced deleveraging when momentum reversed. CoinShares senior researcher Luke Nolan attributed the amplified move to leverage accumulated during the token’s surge rather than to one catalyst.

Leverage Amplifies Zcash’s Post-Rally Pullback

That leverage showed up in liquidations. About $17.9 million in ZEC long positions were liquidated over 24 hours, more than double Hyperliquid’s roughly $7.3 million over the same period. Nolan said attention had attracted more perpetual traders using leverage, making price moves larger when positions were forced to reduce exposure or close. The liquidation data supports the view that leverage amplified the decline, but it does not prove leverage alone caused Zcash’s drop. The dynamic reverses the short-squeeze conditions seen during ZEC’s earlier rally, when bearish positions absorbed the forced unwinding.

The pullback also arrived amid debate over cryptographic security. Industry researchers have raised concerns that ad
