These tokens have quickly become some of the market’s most volatile and responsive, with prices swinging in response to headlines and social media sentiment.

N4T, short for Nobel for Trump, is an Ethereum-based token tied to speculation around a potential Nobel Peace Prize nomination for U.S. President Donald Trump. Launched in November 2025, the project positions itself as a decentralized signal of support, operating on a “one token, one vote” structure to quantify backing from holders.

The token has no official affiliation with Trump or the Nobel Committee. Despite this, it has recorded significant growth since launch, currently trading around $0.002 and up nearly 1,950% from its debut price. Johnson’s remarks were prompted by a personal anecdote in his column. He described meeting an elderly churchgoer who had fallen into financial difficulty after purchasing Bitcoin and later sought help covering his losses.

While acknowledging that Bitcoin operates without a central authority, Johnson argued that the cryptocurrency ultimately relies on public belief in its value.

Erik voornees, a well-known rigure in the cryptocurrency sector, has reportedly made a large-scale Ethereum purchase. According to onchain analysis, Voorhees, the CEO of ShapeShift, is said to have bought Ethereum worth over $56 million.

According to data shared by blockchain analytics platform Lookonchain, Voorhees spent a total of 49.08 million Tether on Sunday across two different wallets, purchasing approximately 23,393 $ETH. The transaction data was also corroborated by Lookonchain data provider Arkham Intelligence.

According to Lookonchain's report, following the transactions, one of the wallets continued to purchase Ethereum and additionally converted millions of $USDT to $ETH. With these additional purchases, the total Ethereum holdings of the two wallets reached 24,968 $ETH, which is worth approximately $56.5 million.

According to Arkham data, one of the wallets still holds approximately 4.44 million $USDT and $8.64 million worth of Aave-based $ETH. The other wallet reportedly used a large portion of its $USDT balance to complete its Ethereum purchase.

Analysts note that Voorhees's return to Ethereum purchases after nearly a year is noteworthy. Lookonchain also reported that Billy Luedtke, an early Ethereum user and CEO of Intuition Protocol, bought approximately 7,769 $ETH on Sunday.

According to market data, Ethereum's price is trading at approximately $2,265 at the time of writing, having gained over 7% in the last 24 hours.

XRP Breaks Biggest Technical Resistance of 2026

After months of declining pressure, $XRP is starting to show signs of life, and it is currently confronting one of the most significant technical obstacles of 2026. $XRP has advanced toward a crucial resistance area that traders have been closely monitoring since the beginning of the year, after creating a consistent sequence of higher lows over the previous few weeks.

Multiple resistances broken

$XRP has broken through a descending resistance structure that had previously limited several attempts at recovery, and it is currently trading at about $1.48.

The asset's peak above $3 earlier in the cycle was followed by a sharp decline. This move represents the first significant change in market structure since then. Although the breakout itself is noteworthy, $XRP's true test is still to come.



The asset is currently getting closer to the 50-day exponential moving average (EMA), which remains a significant resistance level and is located just above the current price. The 50 EMA has consistently rejected upward attempts during the recent decline, highlighting its significance as a technical barrier.

Is this first reversal?

The market may witness the first real reversal signal in months if $XRP is able to get to this point and move through it with strong momentum. But simply breaking the moving average is insufficient.

The market requires more than just a quick surge past resistance; it needs a steady hold above it. $XRP has demonstrated a propensity for fake breakouts in the past, in which the price momentarily rises above resistance before swiftly declining back below it. When the price reverses, these unsuccessful breakouts frequently trap traders who enter too early, increasing selling pressure.

For this reason, it is necessary to confirm the current configuration. Buyers must keep $XRP

Experts remain cautious in the short-term despite Bitcoin’s $74K retest amid escalating geopolitical tensions.

Bitcoin surged higher over the weekend as the conflict in the Middle East entered its third week, with the cryptocurrency's bullish momentum carrying over into Monday.

The leading crypto hit $74,157 in the early Asian trading session Monday morning, according to data from price aggregator CoinGecko. At time of publication, Bitcoin is trading at around $73,978, up 3.1% on the day and 9.1% on the week.

Bitcoin's rise comes in spite of escalating geopolitical tensions due to the U.S.-Iran war, which has sparked turmoil across markets.

It would be “very bad for the future of NATO,” if allies do not help secure the Strait of Hormuz, U.S. President Donald Trump said in an interview with the Financial Times, following a Sunday post on TruthSocial calling on countries that receive Oil through the Hormuz Strait to “take care of that passage,” and adding that the U.S. would help “A LOT!”

Due to the uncertainty, crude oil has been on a slow yet steady ascent and is trading at $99.25 per barrel, up nearly 28% from the March 9 low, but still well below last week’s $119.48 high.

Gold, a safe-haven asset that typically surges amid geopolitical uncertainty, is down roughly 7% since the conflict began on February 28. Bitcoin, which behaved as a risk-on asset for most of the last five months, has notched 11% in gains, widening the gap between the two.

Bitcoin’s ascent is not due to the war itself, but rather to its macroeconomic consequences, Tim Sun, a senior researcher at crypto operator HashKey Group, told Decrypt. “The combination of high oil prices, weak growth, and deficit expansion means that future U.S. fiscal pressure will only increase, eventually funneling back into liquidity issues.”
