$YGG Popular analyst Ali Martinez has named Apple (AAPL), Ondas Holdings (ONDS), and Nvidia (NVDA) as three stocks to watch for a possible breakout. He has highlighted each stock’s important price level that could push it to the next level.

Beyond the technical breakout, all three companies have business developments that could support their growth.

Apple Stock Eyes a Breakout Above $344

Ali Martinez notes that Apple stock has been moving inside an ascending triangle since late July. AAPL tested resistance near $344.54 but failed to break above it.

2/5 First is $AAPL. Apple has been consolidating inside an ascending triangle since late July.

It tested resistance near $344.54 today but failed to break through. I’m watching for a four-hour close above that level, which could open the way toward a new high near $372. pic.twitter.com/B4n1rsCBgT

As of now, Martinez is looking for a four-hour close above $344.54, a resistance level Apple has failed to break in recent attempts. If it successfully breaks, he sees room for the stock to move toward $372.

Beyond the technical chart, growing use of Apple Intelligence could encourage customers to upgrade their devices and support revenue growth through 2027. The company’s $150 billion share buyback program could also support the stock by reducing the number of shares in the market.

For now, investors are watching Apple’s fiscal fourth-quarter earnings report, tentatively scheduled for November 2, 2026.

Ondas Stock Tests Support Near $6.50

Unlike Apple, Ondas Holdings is testing support rather than resistance. that ONDS has reached the lower boundary of its price channel near $6.50.

If buyers defend this level, the stock could rebound toward $8, followed by the upper boundary near $10.

$GRVT TL;DR:

SkyAI slashed its Solana reserves by 70% in under a month, dropping from over 2 million SOL reported on September 14 to roughly 600,000 units in its Form 8-K filed on October 13, 2026.

Investment firm Bastion Trading, which holds nearly 10% of SkyAI’s equity, announced on October 14, 2026, that it will not participate in the share tender offer valued at approximately $201 million until it receives clarification.

The shareholder is demanding the purchase price be raised from $3.00 to $3.50 per share and that warrants granted to an entity affiliated with the family of SkyAI’s chief investment officer be excluded.

Investment firm Bastion Trading demanded formal explanations from SkyAI after uncovering an unexplained reduction of 400,000 tokens in the corporate treasury during the recent Solana sale, before its $201 million tender offer moves forward.

The corporate dispute stems from accounting discrepancies in the balance sheets reported by management. SEC filings showed that the company’s treasury dropped from holding more than 2 million SOL on September 14 to approximately 600,000 units in its latest regulatory disclosure.

Bastion Trading announced it will freeze its participation in the transaction until clear data regarding market executions is provided. According to market reports, the institutional firm considers the transactions carried out over recent weeks a fundamental departure from the original digital asset reserve strategy.

In mid-September, management claimed to maintain a position valued at roughly $207 million under an active custody policy in Solana.

However, on October 11, 2026, SkyAI announced it had liquidated nearly one million tokens while still holding a comparable amount on its balance sheet. The surprise for investors came the following day with the filing of Form 8-K, which revealed that the actual remain

$GRVT NEAR price has displayed an exceptionally strong rally since the last two months. Now it brings more attention that puts back on trader’s radar again as rising network activity meets an ambitious long-term chart forecast. A recent technical outlook from an analyst’s POV points to $3.25(flipped), $9, and $20.50 as key technical horizontal levels, with a much bigger $30 target also if momentum holds. That would represent roughly 2,000% upside from the chart’s bottom reference. This forecast is absolutely bold, but that doesn’t make it a guaranteed target.

NEAR Price Chart Points to Three Important Levels

The chart shared by analyst Flippix shows NEAR spending years in a broad downtrend after its earlier highs, followed by an extended period of consolidation near the bottom. Now, the price of NEAR appears to be moving away from that zone.

The first level which is already cleared  is $3.25 and next levels that are in cue to watch are $9, and $20.50. If NEAR regains its previous highs, then the analyst Flippix sees room for a move toward $30 in the line too. But that forecast depends on a sustained recovery, not just a few bullish candles.

NEAR Transaction Volume Surges Above $900 Million

The on-chain data adds another piece to the bullish case. NEAR transaction volume reportedly stayed below $100 million through August 2026, before climbing above $900 million by October.

That’s a sharp change in activity. If transaction volume continues rising, it could approach $1 billion soon. Still, higher transaction volume alone doesn’t guarantee stronger token demand or higher prices.

Daily Transaction Add to the Bullish Argument

NEAR protocol’s daily transaction count is also trending upward, according to the chart from NearBlock’s dashboard. More transactions suggest the blockchain is seeing increased usage, giving traders another metric to watch a

$GRVT OpenAI told a California federal court it may file counterclaims against Apple. It alleges a former employee who returned to Apple moved more than 100 confidential files about an unreleased OpenAI device to his personal accounts.

The disclosure, filed October 14, comes amid a trade-secrets battle Apple itself initiated in July.

Some transfers ran just past midnight in Singapore on June 2

In Apple Inc. v. Liu, OpenAI asked US District Judge Edward Davila to permit it to raise the new claims at the October 14 case management conference. A supplement to the parties’ joint case management statement from October 1 says the transfers were discovered in a forensic review related to the lawsuit.

The employee came to OpenAI from Apple, stayed for six months then went back to Apple. The supplement says OpenAI wants to investigate and “if necessary, file and pursue counterclaims arising out of that conduct.”

OpenAI said the transfers included detailed images of at least one device under development. The batch contained engineering and manufacturing data, supplier information, project files, cosmetic-finish standards and reports on coating and sealing hardware parts.

Some files were moved not long after midnight Singapore time on June 2, 2026. The employee’s last day at the company was June 2, OpenAI said.

OpenAI’s supplement to the October 1, 2026 joint case management statement in Apple Inc. v. Liu, filed October 14, 2026 and published on CourtListener.

OpenAI also claims the same person briefed Apple’s senior leadership on OpenAI’s product plans, including Apple’s vice president of operations in Asia. The filing says the presentation “appears to have happened months ago.”

“And now, armed with that information, Apple is making a new push into AI-enabled products,” OpenAI wrote. The filing points to Apple’s new line of smart-home products, the H
