That leaves 400,000 SOL unreported in previous filings without indicating what was the reason for additional sales of SOL. SkyAI hinted that there will be more sales in the future: “The Company continues to monitor the market for SOL and may continue to sell depending on market conditions.” Bastion wants answers now. It is looking to know the details, including when the tokens were sold, at what price, how much money was earned from the sales, and who approved the sale. It also called for an independent review of the conducted transactions. A board most shareholders voted to withhold Bastion’s worries extend beyond finances. The company questions the leadership capabilities of SkyAI due to the fact that at the annual meeting held on September 18, all five directors received more withheld votes than supported votes. According to the the SEC report, Soren Bo Christiansen had 6,894,675 votes for and 20,670,032 withheld. ETH’s Key Levels and Technical Indicators

Hold $2,500, and another attempt higher makes sense. Lose $2,450 and the wick to $2,410 likely gets revisited. Broader support sits at $2,400–$2,450. A breakdown below that zone opens the path toward $2,310. The $2,350 level is the line that keeps the ascending channel structure intact; lose it, and the recovery thesis weakens significantly.

On the upside, $2,800 is the level standing between Ethereum and a potential push back toward the $3,000–$4,000 region for the first time in over nine months. It requires clearing multiple resistance layers first.

When both the MACD line and the signal line are below the zero line, it signals strong bearish momentum. The overall trend is downward, with the sellers dominating, and the asset’s shorter-term moving average is running below its longer-term average.

Bitcoin Price is trading in a narrow range as traders wait for the US inflation report. The price bounced from around $81,000, showing that buyers are still defending this level.

Three scenarios could shape Bitcoin’s next move:

Bullish scenario: If Bitcoin closes above $84,000 on the daily chart, it could move toward $86,530, its previous weekly opening level.

Neutral scenario: If BTC stays between $81,000 and $84,000, the range could continue until the CPI data gives traders a clearer direction.

Bearish scenario: If Bitcoin closes below $81,000, the price could fall toward $77,153, which is near its 50-week moving average.

How Could US CPI Data Affect Bitcoin?

The US September CPI report is scheduled for release today. Market expectations cited in the analysis are around 3.6%–3.7%, compared with the previously reported 3.4% reading.

If inflation comes in higher than expected, Bitcoin could face selling pressure as traders reassess the Federal Reserve’s interest rate outlook. A lower reading could support BTC and help it move above $84,000.

Market-implied odds of a Federal Reserve rate hike at its October 28 meeting reportedly rose from 16% to 18%. However, the probability remains low.
