Grayscale debuts Avalanche staking ETF on Nasdaq under ticker GAVA
Grayscale’s Avalanche Staking ETF began trading on Nasdaq on Wednesday, offering spot exposure to AVAX with staking rewards.

The asset manager said Avalanche has processed more than 11.4 billion transactions since 2020, with the new fund staking AVAX to participate in the network’s proof-of-stake system.

The Grayscale Avalanche Staking ETF began trading on Nasdaq on Wednesday, adding a staking-enabled product tied to the Avalanche network's native token to its lineup of exchange-traded products.

The product first launched as a private placement in August 2024 and is structured as a Delaware statutory trust, Grayscale said in its prospectus. The fund, which trades under the ticker GAVA, holds AVAX directly to provide spot exposure to the token while staking it to generate rewards through Avalanche’s proof-of-stake network, the asset manager said.

Avalanche itself is a multi-chain smart contract platform that supports high-throughput applications, custom blockchains known as Avalanche L1s, and enterprise-level configurability, the asset manager noted. Since its 2020 launch, the network has processed more than 11.4 billion transactions, according to onchain data.

"GAVA complements our existing suite of more than 40 digital asset products and provides investors with the ability to gain exposure to one of the market's leading smart contract platforms, supported by Grayscale's scale, research, and infrastructure," Inkoo Kang, senior vice president of ETFs at Grayscale, said in a statement.

The Connecticut-based asset manager, which bills itself as the world's largest digital asset-focused investment platform with approximately $35 billion in assets under management as of late 2025, maintains a broad lineup of ETFs.

Why XRP Structure Remains Unchanged Despite Painfully Slow Consolidation
While XRP has remained in a “painfully slow” consolidation phase since last month, data shows its broader structure remains intact.

XRP has been stuck in a tight range since late February 2025, oscillating between $1.31 and $1.47 after collapsing from the January peak of $2.41. Despite the slow and frustrating price action, chart data shows the broader market structure remains intact and that the consolidation remains within a defined corrective phase.

The current setup points to two possible outcomes before any major move develops. XRP either drops to test lower support around $0.87 or pushes above the key resistance at $1.65. Until one of those scenarios plays out, the market may remain in its current holding pattern with no clear direction.
Key Points 

XRP peaked at $2.41 in January before collapsing to a low of $1.31 on Feb. 24, and has since been consolidating between that low and $1.47.

Data indicates the price has been following a 5-phase Elliott Wave structure, with the current Wave 4 correction running for 34 days and pulling the price 17% lower to $1.38.

Two key levels will determine XRP’s next major move, with $0.87 acting as the lower support and $1.65 serving as the critical resistance.

There is a 75% probability that XRP would need to test the $0.87 support level first before it can achieve any sustained breakout.
