加纳证券交易委员会（SEC）表示，已批准11家公司进入监管沙盒，根据该国2025年《虚拟资产服务提供商法案》测试加密货币和数字资产服务。

该计划允许公司在受控环境下运行其产品，监管机构将监控风险和合规情况。

根据新闻稿，该沙盒将运行12个月，是加纳早期加强对加密货币行业监管工作的核心举措。

首批入选的公司包括Africoin、Blu Penguin、Vaulta、XChain和Goldbod等资产代币化公司，以及Hyro Exchange、HanyPay和WhiteBit等加密货币交易所。

委员会表示，产品已达到市场标准并符合监管要求的公司可在六个月后获得正式牌照。其他公司则可在剩余时间内继续留在沙盒中，以完善其服务。

美国证券交易委员会（SEC）表示，此次试点活动还将有助于其制定针对不同类型加密货币业务的详细许可指南。试点期间收集的数据将用于完善投资者保护、市场诚信和反洗钱控制等领域的规则。

沙盒结束后，监管机构计划发布最终指南，并向更广泛的虚拟资产服务提供商开放许可流程。
