Market analysts, including QCP Capital, noted that Bitcoin is currently stress-testing its status as a "digital safe haven," particularly as it decouples from gold, which recently retested support at $5,000. However, the prevailing sentiment among seasoned traders remains risk-off. Popular analyst "Jelle" argued that the recent price squeeze "changes nothing" in the grander scheme, suggesting that the long-term bearish structure remains intact.
Future Predictions
Looking ahead, the outlook for Bitcoin is polarized. While some anticipate a retest of the CME gap at $71,500—which could serve as a local reversal zone—others warn of a more prolonged downturn. Predictions based on historical cycle behavior suggest that if current patterns hold, the market may not yet be halfway through its bearish phase. Consequently, while $75,000 is within reach, many experts are waiting for a confirmed "higher low" before shifting to a bullish stance, with some still eyeing downside targets as low as $58,000.
